All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. The total charge for your order will include the product price plus any applicable shipping fees and taxes (if required by law).

Accepted Payment Methods: We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. Payment is processed securely at the time of order. By providing your payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.

4.3 Shipping and Delivery

• Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.
• Shipping Methods:
  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Carrier is DHL or FedEx. Delivery occurs within 10-15 business days after shipment.
  • Free Shipping: Automatically applied to all orders over $50. Carrier is EMS. Delivery occurs within 15-25 business days after shipment.
• Delivery Regions: We currently ship to most regions worldwide. However, delivery to Asia and certain remote regions may not be available or may experience longer transit times. Available options will be displayed at checkout.
• Delivery Times: All delivery timelines are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Risk of Loss: Title and risk of loss for all products pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

We want every item to be a perfect fit for your holiday vision. Our returns process is simple and stress-free.

5.1 Return & Exchange Policy

• Return Window: 15 days from the date you receive your order.
• Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition (with all tags, accessories, and documentation).
• How to Initiate: Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within the 15-day window to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA cannot be processed.
• Return Address: Ship returns to: Northlight Decor Sale, 4244 Todds Lane, San Antonio, TX 78231, USA. We recommend using a trackable service.
• Inspection & Resolution: Once received, our team will inspect the item(s) within 3-5 business days and email you regarding the status of your refund or exchange.

5.2 Refunds

• Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
• Timeline: 5-10 business days after we receive, inspect, and approve your return.
• Shipping Charges: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost to send your replacement item.

5.3 Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items

To maintain the quality and magic of our collections for all customers, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Personalized or Custom-Made Items (e.g., monogrammed stockings, custom ornaments).
• Opened or Used Seasonal Consumables (e.g., opened rolls of wrapping paper, used tape).
• Any product explicitly marked as “Final Sale” on its product page at the time of purchase.

5.4 Damaged or Defective Items

Just as we test every string of lights, we inspect all items before shipping. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately upon receipt. We will gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping.

7. Limitation of Liability

Northlight Decor Sale, its directors, employees, or affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the website or any products purchased through it.
